RN to BSN "on site" VS "online" program.

Is there any difference from employer attitude?

Diploma?

Does online program recognized by official authorities?

Who are the "official authorities"? Do you mean accreditation?

I took my RN to BSN online through Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences and they have they NLN accredited.

On my diploma it doesn't say ".....and he did it online", it's the same degree their on-site students get. On my resume I'm going to put that I have a BSN. Not "I have a BSN but I got it online".

Tweety,

may I ask you how long did it take for you to complete the program and how much did you pay for tuition?

Regards.

It took me 2.5 years. I had some co-req courses to take like Chemistry, Humanities, and Statistics, so it took me a while. The school is a private school so the tuition was over $200.00 per credit hour.

Here's a long thread about getting your BSN online if you're interested: https://allnurses.com/forums/f125/rn-bsn-online-105380.html
