I had an interview today for a nurse family advocate for a child development program. It went great and the job sounds wonderful.

The position would case manage a load of 25 max clients. I would make 12 home visits per WEEK for at risk 1st time pregnant women and their child until the child reaches 2 years of age. The majority of the duties will be assessments of mom & baby, referals to community intervention services. It is very flexible, as I would make my own appointments for visits.
Does anyone do similar work? What do you like/not like about your job?
I love working with babies and the teaching that goes along with it, but I do not like the stress of the NICU. It's way too much.
I am on pins & needles waiting!!!!!
