Because I am a male and you are a female. Yep, I had a patient tell me that last night. He did eventually do as requested, but honestly this is the type of patient that tests me the most. When I was updating doc about the weekend he even chuckled and asked how that worked out for him.

Yes they can if the situation is warranted. However, in this case the appropriate options were his bed room or the time out room and I really hate doing the extra paperwork...
