The test was pretty easy. I felt underprepared and had a little too much coffee the morning of, but like other nursing tests, once you relax and take the time to break down the questions and answers, you're all set. I bought the ANCC book, but I didn't open it until a day or two before the test and it may or may not have helped. I take that back - being able to recognize the different theories and their stages, etc. helped. I also took out the psych section of some old Mosby NCLEX index cards and went over them a few times. You'll be fine. Just take your time, make educated guesses (eliminate obvious wrong answers, look for key words in the questions, etc.), & don't drink too much coffee. Also, just act like it's old hat when they tell you that you passed, then exhale or pump your fist or whatever you feel is appropriate when you're in the parking lot.
