I also used this for the Hesi exam.
Youtube has some good videos on organ systems and how they work. It brings concepts in your book to life.

i have just started a & p myself... word of advice.. digital voice recorder !!! record the lectures and listen to them until you can almost cite the entire thing !!!!

Flashcards! Quizlet.com is good if you have a hard time keeping up with paper. Don't just write definitions, turn your notes into flash cards. And then for each subject (e.g., the blood flow of the heart) say it out loud and explain it to yourself or someone else. For lab, make a list of the terms, find them on yourself, and then eliminate them as you learn them. Also, if your professor doesnt offer them already, take pictures of the models. Put them in sheet protectors, get a dry erase marker and label away! Visible body.com is awesome too, you have to pay for a subscription but it is worth it. Good luck, I know you can do it. :)

Yes, voice recorders are the best. Especially for A & P II it helped me a lot when they start explaining about the physiology part. Play it over and over again till you understand it.
