LPN in Massachusetts advice

Hi everyone. I want to get to the point.

I want to enroll in an LPN program but I have some questions.

1) How difficult will it be for me to find a job once I've completed a program?

2) Will working in a nursing home be my only option?

3) What can I expect as starting pay once I do find a job (with no prior experience)?

4) I'm definitely going to pursue at least an associate's, additionally, how much coursework will I need on top of my LPN?

5) If you are enrolled or have completed any LPN program in MA, can you tell me about it? Would you recommend it?

I would really appreciate any answers and/or advice you have to share.

I apologize if I typed too much, but I haven't been able to find any recent posts that answered my questions.
