Looking for Accelerated BSN - TEAS NOT REQUIRED

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

Hello all! I'm new to this forum. I have been having trouble finding Accelerated BSN programs that do not require TEAS, GRE, or entrance exams. I already have a Bachelor's and a Master's degree. I don't want to waste my time and money on such exams. We all know that nursing school can be quite expensive.

I'm open to any CCNE accredited with the United States or Puerto Rico.

So far the only ones that I have come across that do not require such exams are: UCF, USF, University of South Alabama, and UM.

Thank you for your insight!

My TEAS cost $25 and took less than 2 hours.... one of the easiest tests I have ever faced. Why would you plan your education such that you avoid such a simple task? People are recommending private colleges at $30k... don't you think a $25 test is a good investment to avoid a debt of that magnitude?

IMHO if you can't ace the TEAS then you are going to bomb out in NS.

juliaann: if/when i apply, it will be to the oklahoma city campus but it's still good to hear the comments about the tulsa campus. your gpa is awesome!! i would be shocked if you weren't accepeted. :)

thanks so much for the information. i really appreciate it and i'm sure everyone else does as well!

best of luck!

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I am currently looking for an accelerated nursing program (ABSN) that lasts for 12 months and does not require any TEAS or HESI test to get in. Do you know some nursing schools that offer that?

Thank you so much for your help.
