Have you guys taken general ed (non pre req) for pass/no pass?

Hello guys,

I am taking Music Appreciation to fill my art and humanities criteria and it is the hardest general Ed I have ever taken.

Does it look bad on the transcript for the application to nursing school if you take general Ed as pass no pass grade?

Nah - it shouldn't make any difference. It won't even count in your GPA, since its just P/NP. The GPA impact will be the same as CLEP tests (nada) but they do count to fulfill requirements.
