  1. Oh. It's like short answers. I thought you guys have to write a paragraphs.
  2. Dang. I wonder what it looks like for essay format on Anatomy. Since my school has Anatomy and Physiology separated. We had essay questions on Physiology though.
  3. If you are going to shadow me, you must do follow me 24/7 even if you cannot watch women giving birth to her child.
  4. Is this your Thursday scrubs? But I don't see the difference from Tuesday scrubs.
  5. I started looking for volunteering for the summer today. I found about one place and they do all kinds of volunteering: from Art with Elders to Young Independent Peoples Society (YIPS) One of the volunteering is "Friendly Visitor": Many residents at Laguna Honda have no one to visit them. As a friendly visitor you would talk with the residents, play games, socialize, read books, read the newspaper, letter writing, strolls, run errands, etc. Even if it has nothing to do with clinical situations, volunteering as helping others would help me become a better nurse. I am guessing. This is my first time volunteering, so any suggestions will help me. :)
  6. First time I got W then summer school I got F. Now I am getting As in lecture and lab exams. In other pre reqs. I got mostly As and a few Bs. Will these lower my chances to getting into program? Because I took Anatomy class in two different university/colleges. (Some school average it)
  7. I am currently taking Music Appreciation right now and it's even harder than Anatomy. I know what/how to study Anatomy but Music is keep listening and utilize the vocabulary for each piece. I guess it's because of my GPA I have low 3.0-4.0 GPA range... Should I not stress about general education? I am just afraid that getting B will lower my GPA even more. I never got stressed over general education.
  8. I recently purchased Netter's Anatomy Flash Cards for my lab practical (muscles, skull, and organs in the future) Even though I got a high A in bones, I was not satisfied because I spend almost every hours studying bones, but made some mistakes during test. :/ I have not even opened the box yet, but I found out there are pictures and list of muscles we need to know for the lab practical. However, I thought I could use Anatomy Flash Cards during nursing school to review for the classes. Do we get to review any materials from Human Anatomy & Physiology? My friend who recently graduated from BSN and working as RN told me that she didn't really review that much. Any other thoughts?
  9. Could you share the website please?
  10. So, I am done with Skeleton system. Our class started muscle lab today and we are not allowed to take pictures of the muscle and our professor gave us the list of muscle we need to know. I was thinking about getting coloring book, but I would love to see it in as visual. Are there any ways to study for muscle? Also, could you give me some recommendation on coloring books? Thank you!
  11. Giving shot is the new cardio work out.
  12. "Don't you feel accomplished when you give 6-year-old a shot without any trouble?"
