Elective??

I'm chipping away at my prerequisites and I am now at the point where I need to take my last elective. The school I am applying to requires two. I have already taken child psychology as one and now I'm not sure what to choose for the last. My chosen school does not allow physical education, remedial, or nursing courses to count as electives. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I was having the same predicament trying to decide what electives to take. I'm trying to decide between an Ethics in Healthcare class or a World Religion. Both sound interesting to me. I figured with World Religion, it might help me learn about the different cultures and their beliefs when it comes to medical care...but I'm not sure if they will really discuss that...so I'm not sure. If I were you I would just try to get a complete list of what is acceptable classes (maybe from an advisor?) and just look it over to see what sounds interesting. It's kind of nice having a choice for once!

Unfortunately my school only tells you what is NOT accepted. I guess they are really just letting us have a choice on what we would like to take. I'm not sure if a certain elective may look better on my transcript? I know that I don't want anything too difficult!

How about Ethics, English (you can never have enough writing courses), another psych, global cultures, or maybe a Social Work class since nurses work closely with them at times.
