3 Sciences 3 Labs ... experiences?

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

I am registered for 3 sciences, all with labs, for this fall. I was hoping to hear others experiences with taking such a course load. Have you found it difficult or easy? Do you find yourself academically strong or weak (GPA? just so I have a comparison if people who academically excel found this course load too intense).

I look forward to hearing your experiences!

P.S. I am enrolled in Chem I, A&P I, and Bio I

I was registered for these same classes last fall, but I had Bio 2. Being honest, I went to the rate your professor site and kindly researched the easier professors and registered for their sections. Normally, I don't do this. But 3 science classes? I needed whatever help I could get.

I'm a strong student. I have two degrees with a 3.8 GPA.

You're going to be memorizing lots of information X 3. Specifially if you have no science background since highschool. It is intense. You'll be reading a lot. You may have 3 tests in a week. You really need some type of game plan. Maybe Id even suggest you get books now and start reading. Is it possible? Yes. Is it going to be challenging? Yes. If you're going in with the mindset of of all A's- bless your heart. :bowingpur

I dropped A&P. This is not to say that you can't do it- I'll just say that it's hard.
