Nursing Students NP Students

Published

I have heard great things about Indiana State University's FNP online program. I was wondering if anyone on here has heard anything or has gone through their program? Did you work full time during the program or advice not to. Or is it the type of program that you can work full time for the core classes and part time or PRN for clinicals. Do the instructors stay in close touch with their students and make you feel apart of your online community?

Did you accept the ISU?? Or are you waiting for other schools??

I accepted ISU!!!

Can anyone tell me if you need lots of clinical experience to be accepted to Indiana State University?

I think you have to be a nurse for at least one year or more before you can apply, but ask someone at the school.

I was accepted into the program in May and started a class this summer 2014 (Statistics) and will begin the part-time program next month in August. I am a new graduate that was admitted without one year of experience. Looking for others in the program or who have completed it for information on preceptors, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

When did/do you start? I am in August.
