Are you in the USA program now?

I was also put on OU's waiting list. They offered me a spot 2 weeks before classes started. Since University of South Alabama offered me a spot without putting me on their waiting list, I accepted it. Plus, the classes are all online so this way I can keep my full time job. However, my summer class in nursing theory isn't going as well as I had hoped. I feel as though I should have got a PHD in APA before starting the course. They appear to be more concerned about APA and less concerned about content. I've even had a friend, who has a masters in English, proof read my papers and I'm still receiving bad marks for APA issues.

I also applied and had an interview. I have no idea if I'll be accepted or not. Do either of you know when we should hear something?

Oh I was confused by your original post. I applied to the MSN part time Summer start program for the FNP. Thank-you for clearing that up.

Were either of you accepted into the part time program and was it for the Summer start?

Can anyone tell me if you need lots of clinical experience to be accepted to Indiana State University?

I got a text message on Tuesday the 14th and a letter on Friday the 17th.

I blew my interview with OU and I believe my essay was weak. I only had a week to apply. I didn't realize they offered a part time program until a week before the deadline. I got a letter for their alternate list

I've been working since 2010. My current job is doing chart audits. I accepted this position because of its flexibility, but this was the reason I did not get into Clarkson. I rarely do any patient care as a chart auditor.

jdub05, I called Clarkson to find out why I was rejected and was told that I didn't have enough acute care experience. So, they'll tell you their reasoning if you call them. I wanted to make sure I wasn't rejected due to my essay, grades or anything else. It's helpful to know.

Yeah. They were a little on the expensive side though, but thanks. I'll keep looking.
