Grad Entry MN Case Western 2018

Nursing Students Post Graduate

Haven't seen a post about 2018 admissions to Case westerns MN program yet. If anyone has been accepted please reply below to tell long it took to hear back after the interview! I have had an interview about two weeks ago and haven't heard anything back yet. Post any questions about the 2018 program here!

Although I was told via phone I got in about 3 weeks ago, I received the email confirmation on Monday. Has anyone accepted yet? I'm curious if you lose your spot if you don't pay the deposit right away.

I just received my "official" acceptance email that gave me access to a student portal. The list of requirements say that I have until June 1, 2018 to send in a deposit and a head shot pic. But if you're still with doubt, it doesn't hurt to contact them.

Have you heard back yet? If not, I would contact them as I know the acceptance emails can take awhile to send out.

Just found out I got an interview! Woohoo! Anyone else interview with Donna Thompson?

I'm a little curious as to why this board is so quiet compared to other schools' boards for similar programs. Is this program not that popular? I thought CWR is a top 10 program and their psych program was like #11? Seems like there would be more traffic.

For those who have applied/accepted or currently students, the CWR program is a little unique in that you have summers off during the MN/RN portion. What do students usually do during those summers? Can you take a class or two so your next year's load is lighter?

What portion of MSN students stick around to complete a DNP? Is it just one more year after the MSN?

Why CWR in your opinion?

Thanks!

Hey guys has anyone that has been accepted been offered any scholarships in their emailed admission letter? I was told if I qualified I would find that information there but did not, and I am surprised because I have a very high GPA and experience.

I just got in today with scholarship YAY!

Yay how much did you get in scholarship? It all seems like such minimal amounts for how costly the tuition is.

Any facebook group for incoming MN/MSN fall 2018?

Sorry for late response. I got $20K spread over 2 years. And Yeah I totally agree. The program costs like $100K...

Hel
