I live in the state of PA. I just graduated and applied for a temporary permit. i'm not sure if i screwed up my application. Someone told me the fee was $70 but I only filled one application with a $35 fee. Could someone explain to me if I'm missing something ? I have gone over the application instruction and I don't see what I'm missing.

Ugh. They make this as confusing as possible with no explanation. Yes, the fee is $70. It is $35 for your ATT and $35 for your GN permit. It is the same form though. You fill it out twice - on one marking that it is for ATT and on one that it is for temporary permit.

I remember a bunch of us in my class did it wrong. Half got an ATT and no permit and half got a permit with no ATT!
