Clinical Pathways: orthopedics

I am developing clinical pathways for a children's hospital which specializes in pediatric orthopedic problems. We are a free hospital, so our main concern is the quality of care for the patient and parent. We do high volumes of these surgeries:

External fixators

Posterior and anterior spinal fusions

Open reduction, pemberton osteotomies(hip)

Bilat PMR(club foot repair)

Soft tissue/contracture releases

Burn releases

Can anyone send me their protocols for any of these surgeries?
