Anyone work/worked at Kosair in Louisville?

I posted this in NICU forum, but I will post it here as well.

I have a passion for taking care of babies and children. One day I would like to become a NICU nurse, but I feel like I am going to need some experience working in a Peds ER or Med Surge unit first.

I am thinking about applying to Kosair Children's in Louisville. I would like to find out if it is a good place to work. What are the nurse/patient ratios like. What are the different kinds of units that they have. What is their ER like.

I think I would PREFER a Med Surge unit, but would consider working in the ER as well.
