    i have finished my BSN in the Philippines..i'm currently residing here in Oregon...

    if i'll be needing to provide a transcript of records to my potential employers, do i need to have it authenticated by the dept. of foreign affairs of the Philippines?

    Employers typically do not require copies of your college transcripts. They verify your nursing license and check education with a records checking service if they bother with education credentials at all. If for some reason, they do want this information, they would inform you as to the requirements at the time, but I would not lose any sleep over it.
