OHSU neurosciences ICU interview

Hi everyone -

I am wondering if anyone has any experience interviewing with OHSU's ICU system.

I have an interview with the neuroscience ICU on Wed and I am curious what to expect. My first nursing position was trauma stepdown with Legacy and the interview was very casual, no knowledge questions were asked, but more basic interview Q's. My next position with a clinic also did not ask me any knowledge questions, but was more structured (I could tell she memorized the questions to ask).

I have never interviewed for an ICU position and while I'm very excited (love neuro), I'm now very nervous.

Any advice or insider tips out there?

PS - I was a graduate from MHCC in 2006, before the OCNE thing went into effect, but if anyone has Q's about MHCC, I'd be more than happy to try to answer or give you more insight.
