ABSN @ OHSU...What are my chances??

I am looking into the ABSN at OHSU but also the ADN programs at the local CC's here in Portland. Now, my previous bachelor's GPA is very weak...I was unmotivated, had no direction, in college for the social aspect...Well, now that I'm grown up and know what I want to be "when I grow up" I have a 3.8 in my current coursework for my pre-reqs. I am focused, driven, motivated, and determined to be a nurse.

Do you think I have ANY chance of getting in?? I am still taking some pre-reqs and am confident I can boost my GPA a little more. Has anybody been through the application process to give me an idea?

Hmm. I don't know much about the requirements for ADN programs but if they request a goal statement in your application I would mention what you said below in that statement. I think they would want to know what your motivation is now and why you'll be a great nurse, so make sure you talk about how you were not focused when you were younger, but that you are now and why.
