Hi, I am going to have a cyst/lipoma type lesion removed from my lombosacral area in a couple of weeks. I was going to have it done under local, but it is fairly deep. What position will I be in...prone? I don't suppose I will be able to wear my bottoms, will I? I am concerned with only being sedated, I will say stupid things...does that happen much?

Thanks.

I have heard very few people say stupid stuff. You will either be prone or lateral depending on the location and surgeon.

Most people sleep when they are sedated. They only wake up if someone talks loudly to them or shakes them awake. I've heard stranger things come out of people's mouths when they are waking up from general than when they are just sedated.
