Curious about Anaesthetic Nursing

I was wondering if i could get some information regarding Anesthetic Nursing, what is involved in this position. Periop is an interest of mine and wondering more about the area of anesthetics.

In the US, the anesthetic nurse in the OR is a two year plus Master's program and gives you the title CRNA when exams are completed.

The PACU nurse is the one that recovers the patient.

Which one are you speaking of, since we use different names for things up here?

Anesthetic nurses in other countries are not the same as the CRNA that we have.

The anesthetic nurse assists the MDA, usually they have critical care and/or OR experience. But they do not administer the anesthesia, the anesthesiologist does.
