San Antonio College LVN to RN Mobility Schedule Example

Hello all. I'm hoping to be accepted into the SAC LVN to RN Mobility Program for the Spring 2016 semester & am wondering if anyone can help me out with an example of what the schedule/flexibility is like, specifically for summer. There is an out of state event that I attend in late June, it takes up about 5-7 days of my time & I would really like to know if school is going to interfere (yes, I will delay beginning the program if it's going to interfere).

According to the college calendar finals for Summer I will take place July 6 & 7, so that should not interfere. To my knowledge all lecture classes are online, so my main concern is the time frame for/flexibility of clinicals. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks. :)
