Nursing Students School Programs

Helloooo future Sharks! =)

I haven't found any threads on the upcoming NSU Winter 2015 entering class so here it is.. Does anyone know when they will start calling for interviews? I know the final day to send in apps is Oct 1st so I'm assuming they'll start doing interviews close to that time? Talk about a forever wait! Anyway, I'd love to talk to others in the same boat or anyone who's gone through this recently and can offer any advice.

I had a 3.8 when I got accepted

Hello,

I applied for the entry level back in June. They called me for an interview on August 25 and I made an appointment for August 27 when I went my name was not on their list so I rescheduled for Sep 8. I've been studying for the Kaplan exam, I am very nervous but more confident this time. Good luck to all of you:)

The Kaplan is not hard. I didn't study at all and got like a 75 overall (I dont remember exactly).. And it was enough to get me accepted. This is my first semester and its so overwhelming at times. But I like the professors and even though its overwhelming all you have to do is study study study and pay attention in class.

Oh and don't let work pile up. If u have an assignment due in 1 week just do it when u get home the day its assigned or divide it up into a couple of days. That makes everything much easier

How much did you get in the Science portion? Do they look to this area in specific to consider your application or just the overall score?

I think I got like an 82. I'm not sure if they look at just the science.. I only know that the test is part of the decision but I think they mainly want to see that u score above the minimum

Heyyy! I was there today! Didi you reschedule???

Can some one tell me when the graduation periods are for the winter terms?

If you start the program during the winter term then you will be finish in May of your expected graduation year

whats the minimum? i'm thinking about applying for fall.. im scared about the test what books do u recommend to study for the kaplan exam?
