Hello! I was wondering if there is anyone who applied for the GSU Perimeter nursing program for the spring 2018 semester?

I applied a few weeks ago but took the TEAS exam this morning.

TEAS score- 84.7

Overall GPA- 3.46

Sciences GPA- 3.43

I know it is very competitive to get in, so do you guys think I have a chance at getting in?

Hey there JimenaSolis! I sent in my application and my TEAS score on the 16th for the Spring 2018 semester as well! I think on other posts for previous semesters I saw that people were getting in with around the same scores and GPA:)

I called a couple days ago to see when we would be receiving letters around and they said maybe around June. Definitely very anxious to find out if I got accepted or not. Best of luck to the both of us and anyone else that applied!!!

I just applied to the program as well. To be exact last Thursday lol. I got an 80 on my teas and I have a 3.63 overall gpa and a 4.0 science gpa. I still need to take micro and anatomy 2. I will be taking micro in the summer and ap 2 in fall. I also received a letter stating that I met the minimum requirements for admission consideration and that I should find out by sept 30 with the final results.

Hey Euphie1801! Really? June? I got a letter saying that I met the minimum requirements. It also stated that they would be sending final results by the end of September. I really hope they do come early because I am so anxious as well! Good luck to you!

Hey Jazzyjas! I also received the letter! Im just so anxious to find out! I know they are only accepting 60 applicants but Im wondering how many applied.. Good luck!!

Thanks! Yeah the lady on the phone said around June but I'm honestly not sure because people in previous forums were getting their letters in September. It really would be great to find out early!:) I havent received a letter yet saying I met the minimum requirements so I'm still waiting on that. I hope that comes in soon!!

Wow you both have awesome GPAs! My GPA went down because I got a couple of Bs in A&P in one of my semesters. So right now it is at 3.81 overall and 3.67 science GPA. My TEAS score ended up somehow as a 93.3%. Definitely nervous as well about the fact that they are accepting only 60 applicants.

Hi everyone! I applied recently. Originally I applied online about two weeks ago, but when I hadn't received the letter saying they had my application, I called and was told they never got it. So I had to do it again. Here are my stats:

TEAS: 89

Overall GPA: 3.4

Science GPA: 3.53

I'm already done with all of the prereqs.

Hi everyone! I am also anxiously awaiting an acceptance letter. I have a 4.0 science GPA, 3.80 overall and 86 on tease. I am so excited! I hope we all get in!:)
