Hi everyone. I thought it would be a good idea to make this thread about the upcoming LVN program in August at NCTC in Corinth, TX. Has anyone registered to take the PAX test? If you already took it how was it? Any suggestions or tips? I am scheduled to take the test on April 11.Thanks!

I will be taking the PAX April 12. Did you purchase the study guide? Have you taken the test Before?

Great to hear from you! I did purchase the study guide and have been stding here and there. I took this test before in 2012. I was accepted in the program but was not able to attend because it was offered in Gainsville which is a little too far at the time for me to drive.

Well that's good you're giving it another shot! Do you think the book is worth purchasing? Or was the test pretty basic math and reading? I'm currently debating if I need to study the book or not. The instructor said its 10th grade math and I'm in statistics so I've brushed up on algebra.. Good luck with this journey!

Hey rbrea10, I took the test at the beginning of June and I think I did okay on the test. How did you do on the test?
