Anyone else taking Assessment for Fall third session?

Suggestions from anyone who has taken it already?

3 assignments and read 6 chapters, and 4 additional readings.

Let the fun begin! I knew I was dreading this course for a reason.

I hear ya. I work in the operating room (intraoperative only) and we don't really even assess patients. This is not going to be fun.

Two papers a week and DB. I really miss quizzes. I work in Psych...head to toe assessments are not done by nurses.

However, I am looking forward to the "medical" portion of this class.

Hi Everyone! I'm in section 015, and OMG the work looks intimidating here, doesn't it?! I keep telling myself it cannot be worse than Leadership was, or Music (we were guinnea pigs in that one too (OY!) and it was a mess!)

On the bright side, we don't have any quizzes or tests to contend with!

The genogram was a nightmare the last time I did one...

I'm a bit hesitant to ask due to the debacle from the Leadership thread that was deleted, but on the DB assignment for week one, it tells us to look at the resoucres section of the course and look at the healthy lifestyles list from Pender. I have read both articles ( chapters from a book), and I do not see a list of healthy lifestyle practices. If someone has figured out what the lifestyle practices they are referring to can you point out where to find it? Please???.......

I have not started the reading of articles yet...but you found all the readings posted under week one I presume??? And you are saying it is not there? There were TWO Pender articles. Did you read both? Sorry I am full of questions...I am attacking this tomorrow!!

I don't think we will have any issues discussing the work, as long as no one posts out right answers. That was what screwed up the leadership thread.

I don't have my books yet. I hope they get here soon.. yikes.

Just checked out the assignments. So glad I'm taking this class on its own. On the plus side, I took Community last class, and it was all based around Healthy People 20/20. So I'm familiar with it at least, that will help!

Same prof as Leadership. Prof S. I was going to wait until grades in to do the Leadership survey. Now I'm not so sure I want to tell them all my gripes.

Yes I did notice this , which is ok by me cause what is listed under the weeks is less than what the syllabus states
