U.S.A. Ohio

Hi,

I have a two one on one interview with Cleveland Clinic next week, and I was wondering what kind of questions are asked during the interview, what is the process like, and is there any tips that can be given? I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you!

HI every one! I am new here on allnurses.com and I am trying to find some helpful tips for my interview on Friday with a nurse manager for a med surg unit. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! I am applying for the new grad program and i just went through a recruiter and was schedule for another interview with the manager. I am very nervous!

I would say just be ready to review your experience on your resume and reflect on some specific examples from your clinical experience to answer those behavioral based questions ... good luck!!

Thank you so much! Ttillrn. This is what I am trying to do right now.

Another question are we suppose to receive a confirmation email of our interview appointment? I just got a little slip of paper of the appointment date time and with who but I am not sure if I just show up to the department for the interview without any email or further directions. Thank you!

I did receive a confirmation email but all it said was what floor to go to and the managers name I was meeting with and if I recall correctly I didn't get it right away so if your need that info than just contact your recruiter that interviewed you, also I was told to wear scrubs bc I shadowed that same day right after my mgr interview but that's probably different in different hospitals or floors so maybe clarify that as well

Hi thank you, I was given a slip of paper from the recruiter that have those information. I wasn't sure if should be getting an email to confirm that. I will call and see, thank you.

Hi just wondering how did they contact you if you got the job or not. I just checked my online application and it says that they are pursuing other candidates but I was wondering if I should still follow up with the nurse manager I had an interview with. It had only been 4 days since the interview.
