Check out NHS jobs and if sponsorship is required they will state whether they will assist with work permit or not? Also most require NMC

Try to narrow it down. London is a city, Scotland is a country. Please do not confuse the two if you are speaking to a Scottish person - referendum results still a sore point with some. Also very different NHS's. For example, NHS in England did not get recent pay rise but NHS in Scotland did. Scotland do not pay for prescription medicines but England do.

Try https://jobs.scot.nhs.uk/ as Silverdragon has said.

And need to think about qualifications, visa's, etc.

Sorry guys,am really talking about the prospect in scotland and england and also the scope of practice.thanks

Job vacancies are on NHS job site, job prospects.....? Depends on what you mean. Can you get promotion - yes, as far as you can go. Are there a lot of vacancies - no. As for scope of practice you need to be more specific. What are you looking for? General surgery, general medicine, care of the elderly, theatre, ED? Are you paediatric trained? Or midwifery or psychiatry?

Once you get a post scope of practice depends on post.

In my case as an ENP I examine patients, I order and read x-rays, I diagnose, treat and prescribe for my patients. These things are all within my scope of practice.

If you are migrating into UK, can you work as a nurse? Can you get a PIN number from NMC? If not, what do you need to do to get it?

Thank you guys for your contributions.please I will like to know the carrer prospect for ENP and also a school that offer such course.thank you

Sorry, double post

Not sure if you understand how the NHS works. You cannot just go and get an ENP qualification and then find a job. ENP's are experienced ED nurses who apply for a post as an ENP usually within their own unit. These posts are advertised when they become vacant or are created. You are then put through the course funded by your employer. You require lots of supervised practice, again provided by you employer. Being an ENP with no ED experience just does not happen. This is the same for all Nurse Practitioner roles not just ED.

For schools who offer this course just Google it. I did mine through Glasgow Caledonian University. Thoroughly enjoyed it and learned lots.
