    I've already come up with definitions for a lot of my concepts, like 'self-confidence' and 'communication'.

    But I have one on my list, 'vision', which I can't find definitions for. I've looked through Google Scholar, EBSCO, CINAHL, PubMed, etc...

    It's vision in the sense of 'what the nurse pictures in his or her mind will be the eventual outcome' or 'the mental image', if that makes sense.

    Can someone redirect me to some good sources in the nursing literature where I could find such a definition?
