Please can anyone help me with test questions that will help me prepare for this class with CN before I attempt the exam for the first time? I don't want to fail it.

The classes I need help with are sociology and Essentials of Nursing Care: Health Safety which are the first two nursing module that I have to tackle for now.

hi, emmie620, and welcome to allnurss! :welcome:

the best study help for nursing that you can get would be from a nclex preparation book. these nclex prep books are usually organized by nursing subjects and include a nicely presented review of the most important material followed by some application type questions. saunders comprehensive review for the nclex-rn examination, 3rd edition, by linda anne silvestri happens to come with a cd that contains over 4000 additional questions and answers with explanations that you can use to help you study. other students like the kaplan nclex prep book, but i haven't seen what it look likes.

there is also a thread on the nursing student forums of allnurses with advice on taking nursing tests that you might want to check out.

can't help you with the sociology--sorry, except to suggest you check a bookstore for a supplemental study book. there are books like that for sociology and other college subjects that are similar to nclex prep books for nursing. the schaum series is one that comes to mind. they usually include information extracted from several of the more popular textbooks written about the particular college subject being covered. they often include study questions at the end of each section of material they present. you should be able to find these in a college bookstore to check them out before buying one. good luck with your exams!
