After all the research and studies

Concluded that the best ways that make you a leader is

1

trying to control everything. Being a great leader is about influence and listening to those around you. These are attributes rarely taught in school or training, but most often the ones that define how successful of a leader you are.

2

Surround yourself with "10s." Find experts in the areas that aren't your strongest, and don't feel threatened by them

3

Be on time. Be brief. Be gone. In business, you must complete tasks in a timely manner. Do not linger on events that can be handled by others on your team more Effective Once that task is complete, be ready to pivot to the next task.

Sorry, I completely disagree with #1. Trying to control everything makes one a micromanager, not a good leader. And leaders who try to control everything aren't often listening to those around them. I have no idea what you mean by "surround yourself with 10s."

I think by 10s she /he means the best of the best. However, what's the point of having experienced experts if in the end you wanna just control everything (refer to number 1 where OP states "control everything").
