Insulin question....

I had this practice question and was never given the answer to it and am not trying to figure it out.

"You administer 10 units of 70/30 insulin to your patient. How many units of Regular insulin did you give your patient?"

I realize that 70/30 is 70 % NPH and 30% Regular. Is the answer 30 or do I have to multiply 30% by 10 units? I am a little lost. Any help would be great! Thanks on advance!

You multipy 10 units by 30%.

The answer would be 3 units : 30% of 10 = 3
