Considering this is in the 'student assistance' forum I'm guessing this is a homework question. If that is the case, tell us your ideas. What would you do in this situation? Offer us your ideas and we will comment on them--we won't just provide an answer to a homework question.

Welcome!

We are happy to jump right in....give a starting point with your ideas and we will comment ourselves.

Difficult staff: Fire them

Difficult colleague: Sabotage them

Difficult patient: Sedate them

Difficult student: Bully them

Difficult spouse: Divorce them

Difficult kid: Sell them

Any other homework questions I can do for you?

Management styles can also be influenced by your culture and surroundings. You are from Saudi so there may be different management styles influenced by the culture.

I prefer a collaborative style. I have clear expectations and consequences. I deal with difficult employes firmly and consistently. I give them choices and consequences.
