This your second post for homework help. Try looking up the answers in your books. Come to us when you are stuck and explain what you have found so far and what you don't understand. Then I will be happy to help you. But just asking for the answer is not cool.

Looking up information is a habit you need to fall deep into.

As a safe practicing nurse you will never stop doing so.

There just might be, but there just might not be. What have you come up with? I walked to the couch and my HR went up, did my ICP? Iunno

i dont have enough time to read books ok , iam work on hospital on the city far from my village and i cant get with me the med-surg textbook on the hostel . also when i was return to my home there is no time only two off on my schedule, and i set on the net to get all answers for all questions that i want to know to prevent error on my work because iam new graduated staff.be fair when you reply,ok.

Then I suggest you google "ICP symptoms". If you're only resource is the net, then you need to be able to find the answers immediately, not days later.
