FINAL IN 4 days any advice???

Hi all,

Final exam of ADN this Tuesday, OB & PEDI for the semester...any hints so much information to remember again...what do you think of saunders to review at this late stage of the game...had 4th exam last tuesday and finished up clinical yesterday (12 hours) so not much time left. Any hints would be greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance...

First, take a deep breath! Consider your own learning style. Do you study better in a quiet environment? Do you prefer to study in a group or alone?

  • review class notes
  • review previous exams if available
  • review the key points to each chapter
  • review med calculations
  • review meds

One of the things our Peds Prof was big on was knowing the developmental milestones and if the child was reaching them.

I use the Saunder's Comprehensive Review series for all my Nursing Classes. I am currently taking Adult 2, Peds, and Pharm2. The Saunders Comprehensive Review series does and overview of critical nursing content and then they have a complete section on NClex questions with rationales. I love Saunders series and use it faithful in conjunction with my classnotes and ppts. I hope this helps.... Good Luck on your finals.... :typing
