Why would you do a CMS assessment? What are you looking for? Why is it important to do this assessment, when do you do this assessment? Please site sources or tell me where you find this information. There is hardly any info on google re: it. It is all about medicare and medicaid? Thanks

I don't see why you didn't tell us you had already looked to find that information in your textbook. It's not something that any textbook content on physical examination would fail to describe in great detail. If then you still had a question, then we would be happy to help.

At last you learned something about searching initials! Remember that the next time you are tempted to use them in your charting-- be sure that your intended audience will know what you mean.
