You can do vitals early as one hour. Where I worked anyways. Most people where i worked were q4 vitals. I just started an hour early and was logging them on time. Lucky no q1 or q2 vitals like in icu!!!

Anchorage would be your best bet with little experience. You'd have more options. Fairbanks get to 40 below so if you can stand that. Bethel doubt they have any store/ fast food you ever heard of lol, pay probably better there? Depends what is motivating you. In the rural places you'd probably get the most experience which is great!

Starting rn's here make 30 and up to five more if nights and or weekends worked.

Why would you do a CMS assessment? What are you looking for? Why is it important to do this assessment, when do you do this assessment? Please site sources or tell me where you find this information. There is hardly any info on google re: it. It is all about medicare and medicaid? Thanks
