hello, i am doing a presentation on one of my patients. They are asking for some anticipatory guidance and health promotion needs of the patient.

she is a 58 year old, who had a kidney transplant, and has been having altered mental status changes since the surgery. they found out she was neurotoxic from one of the meds.

she was confused and could not make her own decisions. her husband was her medical power of attorney.

what could be some long term discharge planning goals as well?

well i chose to be free of injury, to have better sleep patterns, to improve cognitive funtion

I chose beneficence since we did good to her.

I also chose nonmalificence since we did no harm.

but those are general goals. what could be more specific and feasible goals
