Online Anatomy class (with lab)?

Nursing Students Online Learning

Published

California LVN here. I've decided to start taking pre-req's for a bridge program. I'm researching the online possibilities but am only seeing Anatomy/Physiology classes combined. Here in CA, the RN programs require that they be seperate with lab. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!!

Cayuga CC has great online pre reqs

psych08,

I know this is a late post. but when you say OHSU, is the Oregon health and science U? and what is UCSF. I am planning on applying to all kinds of schools for fall of 2016. Being Military with deployments and schedule changes it is hard to attend in class labs. Therefore I am looking at UNE Lab classes.

Specializes in Case mgmt., rehab, (CRRN), LTC & psych.
and what is UCSF.
Although I am not the poster to whom you directed this question, I do know that UCSF stands for the University of California at San Francisco.

FYI. The WVU Online Anatomy Courses has been completely redesigned! WVU Anatomy online courses are 3, 2 or 1 credits depending on what class you select. The class is set-up with step by step instructions and the instructor can be contacted anytime with a response time of 24 hrs. Check out the New WVU Online Anatomy Courses. Especially if you are looking for a course of just Anatomy!!

Out of curiosity, for the the WVU online course, do you need the lab book? I have been reading the syllabus and it only states that grades are based on the tests. It doesn't mention anything about being graded on the activities in the lab book.

The grades are based on exams, but to do well on the exams you must complete the activities in the lab book. The exams are based on lab activities in book, lab dissection from CD (currently being converted to online dissections), and interactive exercises that help teach and reinforce the lab material. By completing these learning materials, you will accomplish all the learning objectives for each module and be successful on the lab exams!!
