flexible online msn

I am currently taking care of my toddler at home and expecting another child. I am a stay at home mom right now and taking a break from my career as an ICU nurse. While not working, I would like to take classes and obtain my MSN, with specialty in Geriatrics, possibly an NP.

My question is, are there online programs that are willing to have you take only 1 or 2 classes per semester/quarter? That would mean that I will not finish the program for at least 4 years. Any online programs that you would recommend?
