Anyone know if CSU Stanislaus or Sacramento State have an Online RN-BSN Program

Im starting to look at programs to bridge into my BSN. The state schools here in California are much cheaper than the the well known online schools like GCU.

I work 36 hours a week, and I cannot afford to take several days off for lecture. I looked at their websites and they are very vague about what is and isnt online. They mention an online component but I dont know if it means I still have a physical lecture to show up to.

Neither CSU stanislaus nor sac state offer online programs. What is GCU?) the program you mentioned? ) Is it listed in state website as approved?

Have you checked other Cal States for online programs? I think Chico has an online RN to BSN program.

You're right, there are online options for an RN to BSN within the CSU system.

I googled this phrase "online rn to bsn california state university" and csu Dominguez hills, csu Chico and a few others popped up!

GCU= Grand Canyon University

Most of the ADN to BSN or BSN to MSN staff got their advanced degree through GCU. The hospital even encourages the use of GCU because its a complete online program.

The only problem is GCU cost roughly $16,700 for the degree. Its way too expensive in my own opinion.

I want the BSN title. I know its all fluff like nursing history and other crap I could careless about. The only problem is the cost of tuition.
