RN's in hospitals with criminal background?

Hi there!

I have two huge mistakes in my past, I have a 06 Dui misdemeanor- that in way represents who I am today and a 06 false information misdemeanor currently in process to be exspunged (2 weeks after dui, I was so crushed) - My bro and his gfriend were staying with me, they got into a huge fight to the point I thought he would get violent with her or me for interveining. I asked him to leave, finally called the police and he left when I called. He broke things in my house, it was crazy. When the police arrived they questioned me about who had done the damages to my home. I was very afraid and said I didnt know. Well his gfriend exp to the police that I knew it was him and was just scared to tell on him. They immediately arrested me in my own living room for false information!! WORST 2 weeks of my life :( .....

Ive called the BON of Fl and they said that I could still get licensed. I got my CNA with no explanation needed. I'm very realistic I know that I will have a hard time getting into a nursing program (I dont intend to give up). My question is are there any RN's working in a hospital with a criminal record close to mine. ALL stories are greatly appreciated!! :)
