Apply anywhere and everywhere, not just your DREAM hospital or DREAM unit. You might have to work "in the trenches" of a SNF, or otherwise "undesirable" (to you) facility for a year to gain experience before you are able to transfer to a better facility/unit. Don't be too picky if/when you get a job offer either. Take what you can get in these tough times!

Hello there, I am a 24-year old newly-licensed RN in Southern California, any tips on job hunting? It is becoming very stressful trying to find somewhere who is open to new graduates. PLEASE HELP.
