Hi there! Anybody here who has worked for RMC?

I have a pending application for their IVT training but sadly, even the nurses at the Nursing Director's Office do not know when will the next IVT class be. They just asked me to sign-up in a logbook and then regularly check with them for the schedule of the next class. It's been 3 weeks since I went there and the reason I want to take my IVT training with them is because first, I live 10 minutes away from the hospital and second, I was told by one of the nurses in RMC that once you're done with the IVT training, you'll be hired as a volunteer nurse as well. It will run for 6 months and then you'll be assessed if the institution could hire you as one of their employees.

Can someone verify this? I might visit RMC this afternoon to check the schedule.

Any input will be highly appreciated. :)

:hpygrp: Somewhere along the way or sometime in my past, I must have done something right for God has always been gracious to me and my loved ones.:bowingpur I will start on October 4 of Project RMC! Must go to my couturier for the new uniforms! :yeah: I must say, (bragging as this may seem but this is what I saw/felt ) I think I impressed the panel during the interview and I was able to finish the exam on time (C is the key and guessed my way to "greatness" :lol2:). Fellow nurses, prayers do really, really work. :twocents:

congrats sugarplumrn18... you deserve it

Thanks Nurse_Ian! :) Don't worry. I will post here for updates on next batch training or even hirings. Try Capitol Med! They're hiring. Board average should be at least 78%. This was posted outside the Personnel office. :twocents:

Congrats plum :) after that long wait at last you made it to RMC. Like you I went to CMC months ago. The lady that I talked with told me that they are still prioritizing applicants from 2007. Well, the best thing to do is to wait. :) I really hope that the processing time will be faster now.

Thanks Sugarplum... please dont forget this thread hehehe

@sugarplum18RN- congratulations I'm so happy for you. Hopefully most of us will experience the same happinees that you are experiencing now^^ goodluck and godbless you...

went to RMC and i didnt catch up the unit manager of phillhealth ward... she is the one incharge of selection of project RMC...

Sorry if this is a little bit late. I was backtracking.. but I would like to ask once again to who the letter of application in RMC be addressed to? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. My e-mail address is [email protected]. :)

---My younger sister was admitted at this hospital because of Dengue Fever. I didn't have any plans to pursue my nursing career yet but because of what happened, I suddenly had a change of heart. Once I'm done with my IV training, I'll try my luck applying in this hospital. :D

6 months later.. still not working for RMC. I'm not giving up. Hahaha! Merry Christmas!

hello, I'm just curious about the application process. I haven't tried applying for an entry level nurse position yet in any hospitals ever since I got my NLE result. Reading backward in this thread, I've learned that aspiring applicants undergo the pencil & paper type of exam & interviews to be hired. Have you undergone this process. According to some people in this thread, RMC accepts just 20 trainees at a time, is that how the application really is at RMC?

hi! I've been reading your posts here and I thank you guys for giving so much info. I'm a newly RN and still looking for hospitals that would accept me. With regard to your RMC application for nurse trainee, to whom will I address the application letter or what will i put in the letter head and my ivt license is still in the process, do they accept applicants with ivt certs only? thanks i live in the south and i want to make sure everything first before I would go there. thanks in advance. You can message me or email me [email protected]... God bless fellow RN's! :)
