Good day. to those asking about the training, so far so good ) we are enjoying it! the staff nurses in each unit are very accommodating same goes to the nursing service staff (our main preceptors / training officers). So, for the first week we had our lectures / didactic. then for the remaining 3 weeks we will be rotated in different units. Regarding the uniform, in the HR dept. they told us not to buy, just wear our previous uniforms from our alma mater but just make sure its all white, as in WHITE, because they are very particular when it comes to grooming, so make it a point to wear your 'best' uniform, not unless you want to hear some side comments But during our didactic, we are asked to buy the prescribed uniform for makati med, the ones with embroidered logo and names. and while waiting for the release of our uniforms we are still allowed to use our old ones. and lastly, to those asking about the requirements, i believe they are just the same. i can still see some drop boxes where you can drop your resume, one is near the cafeteria beside DQ i think or you can go directly at the HRD (6th floor, tower 2). I passed mine late September. I could have been included in the first batch but I had some problems with my medical.

good day. Just to give you an update guys, CETN have been replaced by a new program which is COPN or also know as Comprehensive Orientation Program for Nurses. Basically those two were just the same, the only difference is that in this new program we will be undergoing one (1) month of training instead of three (3) months (CETN), and another thing is that with this new program we are not going to pay anything (which is a good thing ) As of now we are the first batch of this particular program and earlier this morning we had our first day of training. with regards to the application, i'm not sure if they are still accepting applicants but if i'm not mistaken i have seen some nurses still submitting their resume. Try submitting it personally at HR, anyways there is no harm in trying, right?

Passed my resume 2 weeks ago but still got no calls from them

i'm not sure guys when will they call you. in my case, i went directly at HRD (before lunch i think,) after i handed out my resume the guy at the front desk told me they will just contact me (he didnt even bother looking at my resume and place at the bottom part of the compiled papers) then that same day around 5pm i think, i received a call from MMC telling me that i am scheduled for an interview. my point is, even if you think they are not even browsing our applications, they do. so i encourage you guys to pass, there is no harm in trying and for chibichibi, yes we are still using our college uniforms, but earlier this day they have already released our MMC uniforms )
