here's what I've learned so far.. they screen your credentials first: board rating should be 80 or higher, came from a reputable school and hospital experience is just optional. once you've passed all the screening processes from credentials to exams and interviews. you'll be trained for a month under COPN. During training, just have a positive attitude and follow ALL the rules. never be late/ absent. You should be presentable, they are very particular with grooming.
