Hello Nurses! I am a nurse in MMC, there are lots of nurses that will be resigning next year. Try to apply as early as now. I don't know if there's a new process in hiring, but I think the chances of getting hired gets higher if your board rating is 80 and up. They are so strict in medical/physical examinations, many passed the exams and interviews but failed in P.E.

Before I pursue my career in MMC, I was about to start my training in The Medical City, but since MMC is near to me I decided to push through with MMC. By the way MMC is the first in the Philippines to be "Re-accredited" for the JCI's 15th edition this year. Guys try to be patient in applying, being part of MMC is worth it.

For the training, there will be a month of training in a specific area (where you will be eventually be a part of it). The training is free, they will provide you with a meal a day during the training.

Hi! As fas as I know, the latest batch just started yesterday Dec 8. My friend updated me awhile ago that she started yesterday. Although she has been waiting for it early this year (done with interviews, exam and medicals), their batch just stared yesterday.

In my case, I passed my requirements last September and October. I still havent heard from them yet even if I have a board rating of 80 and above. But still not losing my hope!
