Hi everyone,

does anyone know how long will be the process if i will apply for a new PRC ID??? please help

Hey guys, I really need your help. My Prc License will expire this oct. 10, 2015. The problem is I haven't claim my PRC license yet at Cebu coz I'm here in Manila. Should I authorize someone there to claim it on my behalf or should I just get an affidavit of loss here in Manila?

Big problem is I don't know my License number too. :cry:

Hi. Just want to ask. Where can i get the notarized affidavit of loss? I also lost my prc id and im planning to go to prc tomorrow afternoon. Thank you
