Kuwait MOH

Hi,

I am new to this site and I found it very informative. This would be my first post. I would just like to know if anybody on this board wrote the Kuwait MOH exam last March 18 in PICC? I believe there were 3 agencies who facilitated the exam and interview. In my case I passed the exam and was interviewed by the Kuwait MOH delegates last March 24 at Diamond Hotel- Manila. The agency called me up informing me that I passed the interview and wait for further instructions for the next step. I would just like to hear how many of us are awaiting for possible deployment to Kuwait and any update as to your case will be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.

hello my fellow nurses. There are really a lot if us waiting for the next schedule of the MOH Kuwait exam eh? I've passed my application @ Mother's Way but I'm looking for updates at ADM. Mother's Way isn't saying anything on their FB account but ADM is hoping and praying that there will be a tentative sched for June. As I've heard, there's an exam for June 5 but I think that's for private hospitals in Kuwait

Hi there, still waiting for my visa :-( too long.

Hi to all nurses applying to work here in Kuwait...

I just want to share my own experience for the long wait to ku-WAIT. I began applying for staff nurse position thru ADM sometime in March 2010, I believe it's for private hospital (I've not yet known MOH-government hiring back then). The offer was somehwere between 250-300KD. I always waited for the exam and on constant follow-up with ADM but months past and still no call for exam date, later on, I just knew that the actual hiring was done and ADM just did'nt inform me or I was not able to know because I came from Mindanao and they just did'nt bother to call me since there's so many applicants fighting for few slots. I thought I'm done waiting for ku-WAIT since I wont be applying anymore and was planning to go to US since I have a tourist visa, I was about to resign then. But somehow, time did not allow my resignation and trip, I was hit in a motorcycle accident that broke my knee. It took me 4 months rehab before I was able to work again. Then come, March 2011, I learned from workabroad website about this MOH-Kuwait hiring and this time I applied to Best One agency, the exam date was March 18 and interview date was March 24, I was able to do both and passed. Then again the waiting game took place, no updates for our visas and the only instruction for us is to WAIT. Sensing that waiting has no ending, I applied for Abu Dhabi thru ABBA for Al Rahba Hospital by June 2011. I was hired and already processed my HAAD Data flow, but then again the processing will took very long and since I've been waiting long enough I decided to make it quits. I will be going again to US, booked my tickets and resigned from my hospital and set to fly by August 25, 2011. I was not thinking anymore of ku-WAIT nor Abu Dhabi applications but Best One called me up August 19 that my visa is already available....so much drama, processing, time, effort consumed until we were deployed Novemeber 13, 2011.

So you see, from March 2010 I've been waiting for ku-WAIT and up until Novemeber 2011 we were deployed and so many pressures, planning, stress, efforts, money etc spent in between. So perhaps I'm in the position for this advise: " If ku-WAIT is destined for you, it will be, but then you have to have tons of patience "...just wait for ku-WAIT !!!

Bit confused. If you have a tourist visa for the US how are you expecting to stay and work?

DOn't be confused, I'm not saying i'm going to work there in the US. I've been in the US 3 times already as a visitor, besides, Im also waiting for my PD but its still far (July 2008).

Hi. I'm kind of new here, i would like to ask if MOH is a mandatory exam if you wanna work in kuwait? and also, id like to ask if all countries require a nurse to take exams? like the prometric and any other exams available? :)

Thanks. Hoping to hear a feedback from you guys

Exam is required if you are going to work as a nurse in Kuwait, just as HAAD and DHA are required if you wanna work as a nurse in Abu Dhabi or Dubai respectively, and same as prometric in saudi. Depends on the country and the institution.

Time check 11:57am of June 10, 2012... its been 5months and 2 days since I took and passed the MOH exam. Still waiting for my visa and I don't know if I'm waiting for uncertain things. Too much wait!

And my husband and I passed our applications since October 2011. It has been 8 months already, still no sign of exam date. So I scrap this for now.

Hi everyone! Can somebody give me information about Shaun? Shoun (In Kuwait) or whatever... one thing I'm sure it sounds like one of those, I forgot... anyway my agency told me that Shaun/Shoun is the one responsible for releasing the visa. I'm really confused because I thought that the hospital is responsible releasing for it. Help me understand, thnx

I just got my visa.. after 5months & 11 days of waiting.. Thank God!
